Return Policy
NO merchandise will be accepted for any reason without a return authorization (“RA”) label and an RA number issued by Sanyo. Requests for return authorizations must be made in writing (via mail, e-mail, or fax) with an explanation of the reason for the request, the style number of the coat, the confirmation number, and invoice date. Return approval cannot be given over the phone. All shipping cost for returns will be paid by Sanyo Shokai New York Inc.

No Return on Monogrammed Merchandise
NO merchandise will be accepted for if the coat has been monogrammed for any reason.
